Our Mission Statement
We aim to revolutionize the definitions and applications of feminism. We challenge gender roles, beauty standards and any other patriarchal bullshit while building fun, empowering communities in safe, positive environments. We support all people working towards liberation by fostering solidarity through strong ally relationships. We are BEAUTIFUL, EDUCATED, THUNDER CUNTS FROM HELL!
Ourselves:
The B.E.T.C.H. collective started as a few people who identified as ladies, who had a need to discuss and work through the patriarchal institutions they saw around them and inside them. We all hung around in various punk and activist circles and felt stifled by the machismo, misogyny, adherence to gender roles and disregard for consent we encountered. Together we've been supporting each other and other folks as we heal and liberate ourselves.
